RETURN / EXCHANGE
We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it!
- You may return or exchange your merchandise within 15 days, strictly from the invoice date.
- All sale items are final sale
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Try on first! Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
- We accept returns from web orders only.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 days after we receive your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you change your mind before we process your order, you may cancel shipment. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject, "Cancel."
- You will receive a return form with your merchandise to include in your return package.
- This form will require you include your name, description of the returning merchandise, and a return authorization #.
- To receive a return authorization #, send a request to email@example.com explaining your reason for your return.
- Return Authorization requests received Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be issued the following business day.

- Exchange merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be places for new items.
