RETURN / EXCHANGE

We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it!

RETURN POLICY

    • You may return or exchange your merchandise within 15 days, strictly from the invoice date.
    • All sale items are final sale 
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Try on first! Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached. 
    • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
    • We accept returns from web orders only.

REFUNDS

    • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
    • Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.
    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 days after we receive your return.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

CANCELLATIONS

    • If you change your mind before we process your order, you may cancel shipment. Email support@adelynrae.com with the subject, "Cancel."

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    • You will receive a return form with your merchandise to include in your return package.
    • This form will require you include your name, description of the returning merchandise, and a return authorization #. 
    • To receive a return authorization #, send a request to support@adelynrae.com explaining your reason for your return. 
    • Return Authorization requests received Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be issued the following business day. 
    • Ship your return package to the following:

    • Please keep your receipt and tracking # for all returns.
    • Exchange merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be places for new items.
