RETURN / EXCHANGE

We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it!

RETURN POLICY

    • You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days, strictly from the delivery date.
    • All sale items are final sale NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGES
    • Merchandise must be unworn (no perfume), unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered in a resalable condition and original clear bag. Please don't ship white items without a bag. 
    • A free shipping label will only be available for exchanges or store credit within the US 
    • Applicable restocking fee of 15% will be assessed in merchandise received without original packaging. 
    • Try on first! Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags, attached. 
    • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
    • We only accept returns from online orders not retailers
    • Items that are not resalable will be rejected and ship back to buyer.
    • All items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise.
    • Pre-paid return labels are currently available for U.S. orders only.
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

REFUNDS

    • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
    • Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.
    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We are not responsible for packages LEFT UNCLAIMED at USPS locations. If a package gets returned to us, we will issue store credit ONLY.

CANCELLATIONS

    • If you change your mind before we process your order, you may cancel shipment. Email support@adelynrae.com with the subject, "Cancel."

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

      • To receive a return authorization #, fill out this form: LINK or send a request to support@adelynrae.com explaining your reason for your return. 
      • Return Authorization requests received Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be issued the following business day. 
      • Ship your return package to the following:

      • Please write your RA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box or place a note inside the package with your RA#.
      • Please keep your receipt and tracking # for all returns.
      • Exchange merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be places for new items.
      • Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization number.
