Refund policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Return Portal
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation and tracking number. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Refund Eligibility
To receive a refund to your original payment method, you must submit your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved and a return label is issued, we must receive your return package within 10 days of receiving the return label.
Return requests submitted after the 15-day refund window, but within 30 days of delivery, are eligible for store credit only. For store credit returns, we must also receive the return package within 10 days of receiving the return label.
Any return or exchange request submitted more than 30 days after delivery will be automatically rejected. No exceptions will be made.
Returns received after the applicable deadlines will be refused and returned to the sender.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items marked as final sale may not be returned.
For U.S. orders, choosing Redo Free Return Shipping ensures your return shipping costs are covered for that order. If you opt not to purchase Redo Free Return Shipping, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping label.
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@adelynrae.com. If your item is eligible for a return, you will receive a return authorization number. Please remember to include your authorization number on your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Merchandise must be unworn (free of perfume), unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with all tags in its original packaging. We kindly request that white items are shipped back with their protective bag. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
We only accept returns for orders placed directly with us, not those purchased through other retailers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or gift cards. During promotions, all sale items will be considered final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Free exchanges are only valid within the U.S.
Refunds
It takes up to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for packages left unclaimed at USPS locations. If a package gets returned to us, we will issue store credit only.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before we process your order, you may cancel the shipment. Email support@adelynrae.com with the subject, "Cancel."
